  1. Cancellation Fees: Setstay.com charges a cancellation fee of Rs. 250 per person, regardless of the service type (e.g., flights, hotels, etc.). This fee applies to each individual cancellation request.
  2. Cancellation Procedure: To cancel a booking, customers must contact Setstay.com directly through our customer service channels. Cancellations cannot be processed online. The cancellation request must include booking details and the reason for cancellation.
  3. Refund Timeline: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation, subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider. The refund amount will be net of any applicable cancellation fees and non-refundable charges.

Change Policy:

  1. Change Fees: Setstay.com charges a change fee of Rs. 250 per change per person for any modifications to bookings, including changes to flights, hotels, and other services. Each change request incurs this fee.
  2. Change Procedure: Changes to bookings must be made through Setstay.com customer service. Online changes may not be available for all booking types. Changes are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the service provider. Additional charges may apply based on the new booking details.
  3. Availability: Changes are subject to availability at the time of request. Setstay.com will make every effort to accommodate change requests; however, availability cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak travel periods.

Refund Terms:

  1. Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as payment gateway charges, are non-refundable under any circumstances. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  2. Partial Refunds: If applicable, refunds will be processed excluding any non-refundable fees and the cancellation or change fees. The final refund amount will depend on the terms of the service provider and the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.
  3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking, unless otherwise specified or agreed upon. Customers may be required to provide additional information to facilitate the refund process.
